Mail those books to the big wigs and QA/auditing department of Aquity! Those people don't have a clue about what we do, yet make all the decisions. The templates are riddled with errors, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, everything is open to someone's interpretation rather than following the "rules,"and I do believe they sit around trying to figure out more ways of screwing us out of money for all that we do.
