Craigslist rants and raves worked wonders when I had someone stammering, stuttering, bumbling, humming and hawing constantly. Published my rant online after a particularly difficult night and about a week later their dictation habits miraculously cleared up.
and it's free, you don't have to buy anything or pay for shipping anywhere.
It might make you feel a lot better to send those books but it's also more than likely they will go right in the trash and nothing at all gained. I do know exactly how you feel, I've been tempted to make phone calls at times in the past.
Public shaming is the way to go. It's perfect. Think about it.
