It's bad enough we (most companies) don't pay for ADT info that is mandatory on every report, and research time to look up doctor names, facilities, etc.
But these companies are getting ridiculous and as long as we put up with it they will just keep pushing to see how much they can rip us off and get away with it.
Proscript doesn't pay us for headers on their software, which are of course mandatory, and they have to be expanded. So if the software imports it as "exam" it has to be expanded to physical examination. Or "vitals" has to be expanded to vital signs. No shortcuts in headers. And their software DOES NOT LEARN. So no matter how long we're on it, and how many times you change it, you always have to change it every. single. time.
For free. Because we don't get paid for headers. And sure it seems piddly over a small report, but on huge reports, or 50 reports a day, etc. those headers add up and = them ripping us off for keystrokes and time wasted.
Just like whatever company is posted above. Free labor done for that company that they are getting paid for. Sweet deal for them, sucks for us.
