I thought they got rid of all in-house domestic transcriptionists and now work only with subcontracting MTSOs.
I think the reason there is nothing posted on the Nuance Board is because no transcriptionists actually work directly for Nuance anymore. Nuance is just selling dictation technology to hospitals, subcontracting some work to American MTSOs and offshoring the rest.
(As for M*Modal, I have no idea why that board is so quiet.)
