Cleaning up the messy dictation from ESLs and horrible dictators, poor sound quality, etc. It doesn't matter how long you have done this, what you have done in the past, what you know, what you are willing to work, even 24/7, they could are less. Pay us pennies for 100% quality work. Be an IC, no employee status, no raises, no incentive, no nothing. How much more can anyone take????? We all need to get other jobs, and if you must work at home, there are other jobs out there, and for what they pay, it wouldn't be hard to at least make a lateral move.
This job has been destroyed by money grubbing companies, (MM and Nuance, et. al.) and the MTSOs who are now leaching off of them. We are the ones who suffer, not them and they all know, it is going to end soon, so make hay while the sun shines. There isn't one decent company out there that is hooked up with Nuance or MM.
