A lot of the jobs posted on Indeed and Monster are either old postings or they don't acknowledge you when you apply, even if you go directly to the hospital or company website to apply. How I long for the days of having options as an experienced MT with 10+ years experience of where to work. I'm trying to hang on here as I have a special needs child and have to work at home as he only gets out of home adult care 8 hours a week.
