I didn't get a straight answer about what happened last week when I asked manager. Was just told to get a ticket number, but nothing was ever mentioned on whether it was a technical problem or not that caused the NJA. Makes me feel like we're playing a game of secrets here. Either the system had a problem or it didn't. Never got the answer. When that happens again, I will call IT and ask them if there's a problem causing NJA and, if so, get a ticket #, so I can enter technical downtime in TeamWork. Never had to do this before for NJA, have just always assumed a slowdown in work and would get emails to that effect or would be notified about a technical issue with the master ticket # to enter in TeamWork. I guess those days are long gone now...
