always automatically changes the sex in the report, no matter how crystal clear & even though they sound nothing alike, from her to him, Ms. to Mr., etc. Is there any explanation for this? It's so time consuming to correct all of them in every report. It seems like something IT could fix pretty easy if they cared to.
