Right there with you on that! And the "quit" is getting closer and closer. No raises in years as once you've reached the highest you can make in your tier you're stuck. Are management and the exec's stuck in tiers?? Not fair at all, no cost of living at all.
Instead of coffee think you need to go for something stronger. I would say hang in there but the hanging is not worth it as the thread is getting so very thin and about to snap!
