Doesn't work outside VDI either. I tried different foot pedal - no go. Now just waiting and waiting and waiting for Nuance IT. Usually they are pretty quick about responding, but this time not so much. Grrr. Guess more and more companies have a deadline to use VDI and they are busy trying to correct their "problem child" of a program.
