The company I am working has been in the process of implementing VDI for a couple of months. Some of the ICs are using it, others are not (me being one of the "nots" even though it's downloaded on my computer). To date, there has been no contract that we have had to sign. I don't know if that will eventually happen once a mandatory date for being on VDI is set, but as of right now there hasn't been any contract between the IC and Nuance. I personally will not sign it if that happens. I am not contracted with Nuance and don't ever intend to be. I may be out of job eventually but that's happened before.
