Our facility has yet to be outsourced, but we have had nothing but problems when Nuance upgraded EditScript from Version 9 to any other versions. Faster, blah, blah, blah. Nothing but problems and their laundry list of "issues" gets longer and longer every week. I feel they (my employer) are playing the outsourcing game and waiting for the opportune moment. Nuance can't find their way out of a paper bag. Sorry to Nuance, for those who actually can, but I feel the majority of their IT people, cannot. :(
