I pasted three complaints to the BBB on this company for you - sm

Late last year, I received an email about a work at home data entry job position with this company. On December 28, I decided to purchase the program, including the background check & job bank for $85. It was very misleading in terms of the job & the work was required to do. They wanted you do a very large amount of work with little or no pay. The job bank offered was supposed to be in one the area you choose to work (clerical, customer service, data entry, etc.) , but it was too broad of work areas & seemed like it was the $210 job bank instead. When you apply for most of the jobs, you are either turned down or receive no response at all. No little contact or support through email or phone.

The Data Entry Specialist job is not as advertised in the job description on the Mommy Jobs Online website. It is a very misleading job description. I paid $85 to do contract work for Mommy Jobs Online as a Data Entry Specialist. The training module I received for the Data Entry Specialist position was entirely locating e-mail address and sending out e-mails. There was no Data Entry work at all in the training module. Mommy Jobs Online should refund me the $85 because I did not receive what I paid for.

I feel very misled into thinking I would not have a problem getting a job in data entry to do from home. The only two jobs I saw that I would have been able to apply to were no longer available. I was told there were a lot of jobs to choose from and there really were not. All the other jobs were either only available in other states or not anything I was qualified for. I never even applied for anything. I paid my money on a Thursday and could see after I received the links that this is not what it was made out to be. I called the very next day to say I would like a refund and could someone please get back to me. Someone had called later while I was not at home and left a message they called. I called right away and got a voicemail again and left another message to call me. I called again today to have someone call me and again left a voicemail and still no return call.
