trying very hard to work on your anxiety issues with talk therapy/medication and maybe even a support group. Also, see if there are any other jobs at the hospital you could transfer into once you are more stable. Even a job in housekeeping in-house would be a better bet for you stability wise and probably less stressful. There are also jobs in dietary that might be available. I think you might get worse if you stayed at home trying to do IC work. If you can get over the fact that you might be doing another job that is beneath your training level, I am willing to be you'd feel a lot more positive about things and you'd have the stability of working in-house with a steady paycheck and benefits.
