By my estimation they've spent close to 15 hours trying to get this farce of a system to work. They're scheduled to try again tomorrow. If they tell me I have to disable my antivirus and firewall for it to work, that's where we go our separate ways. The safety of my computer is far more important than any dumb system of theirs.
