at the job I got through them (free) since April 2018 and I couldn't be happier with the pay and especially the benefits. Along with REAL PTO that accrues at a reasonable rate per pay period, they added 2 floating holidays for us of 8 hours each. That is on top of a $3/hr raise a few months ago. I couldn't ask for more.
