type in "medical transcription" in the FB search box when you're logged into your FB account. Then look at the groups that come up that have maybe several hundred members. Click on that group to go to their page, then click on "Join." There may be questions to answer to weed non-MTs out. You should get a notice that you've been accepted into the group (sometimes takes a few hours or even days). At that point, you will be able to see all the posts as well as post your own comments. The jobs you speak of are sort of randomly posted on various MT FB groups when companies are looking for workers. Hope that helps!
