EANP 104 hours reload When will it happen? - working MT

I have e-mailed my supervisor and Human Resources and no one has gotten back to me yet. Shouldn't we have been reloaded with the 104 hours of EANP this week. Its the first week of the New Year's payroll. I used all mine up and have nothing in PTO, so just what am I supposed to do if I run out of work? Anyone else get reloaded or know the answer to this?? We did not receive anything stating its been taken away from us.

Anyone ever run out and what did you do when you couldn't get your hours in?
