Yes, it's an India owned company, Santopash something or another is the manager.
1. Above matrix is for IC position.
2. Minimum 22 work days in a month & 25 hrs. in a week expected from individuals.
3. All Lines processed between 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. EST will be calculated at Night Shift Rates.
4. Direct deposit payments on 8th (Work done between 1 to 15) and 22nd (Work done between 16 to end of month) of every month.
5. Billing value less than $100 will be carried forward to the next due date.
6. Quality & Productivity incentive of 0.5 CPL for all lines if below criteria is met.
Minimum 99% average accuracy for the month.
Minimum target of 25,000 lines per month.
Should have worked minimum 2 weekends a month.
7. Line Count Definition/Calculation: Line is defined as 65 characters with spaces.
QT (Qualified Text) characters are not considered for payment (EMDAT PLATFORM ONLY).
8. Quality Criteria: 99% plus average accuracy for the month.
9. Non-direct Lines: Deductions per quality policy for jobs that are pended to next level of proofing, beyond 5% of the total lines processed for the month.
