I wonder how difficult it is to hire a new MT, having to explain the requirements on computer parameters and as well as the contract for VDI.
Not every unemployed MT will meet the computer requirements, nor will they be willing to sign such a contract with a new company of which they are unfamiliar.
Plus, I see a huge backlog right now, and it can't be as easy to place an ad and bring on someone as quickly as in the past.
Or, do they bypass VDI parameters to catch up backlog?
