your story pretty much confirms everything we are reading here about this place. It is not for everyone. Their pages of abbreviations, nit picking on their style, iffy whether or not you get a good TL or a real loser, among other things, prevents otherwise good MTs from risking losing their current job only to end up not passing the 2nd test in Va or not being able to adapt to their way. Not worth ditching your current job unless you can be without a job for a little while if it doesn't work out.
