I was originally an IC MT, then got hired FT as a scribe. I have a nursing license plus a prior degree in EMR management but yet they are cutting my hours despite having a contract for 40 hours per week. They are giving me less and less and deny me promotions saying I am "not qualified" even though I have been doing this for 6 years. SMH. But they will promote someone with 6 months of experience in a heartbeat. I am getting so fed up. Anyone else hate this company??
