Why is she allowed to post on social media when there is an obvious company rule against it. And why are you. Giving obvious clues as to people gives it away and is a no no at PF. Personally I never posted anywhere when I worked there bc I agreed not to when I signed on. But then again is the double standard at PF. Once again that person (you) gets away with it. Ridiculous. The place is not reputable. It’s an old fashioned mom and pop shop and HR and management will continue to allow turnover bc of it. Think of all the money and good employees that costs the corporation. Pfft.
