She never paid me my last check either. It was only $80 or so, but I gave up after several unanswered calls and emails. She was all sweet when hiring me but then ghosted or was nasty, depending on what she wanted or needed. She took on a few accounts at once and was freaking out. Horrible place to work. Not sure about NolaDat or Nuance but since she uses EmDat, she's in bed with Nuance.
