Does your company compensate you if you don't go to the Christmas party?
Isn't that a little unrealistic to expect them to throw a party and then compensate everyone that does not go?
The only thing they owe you is a paycheck, nothing more.
Now I agree with the TL. It's people like you that ruined our business and why we are in the boat we are in. Wanting something for nothing. Disgusting.
