I am treated with respect. I have learned my doctors over the years...therefore, repetition is in place. No, I am not a suit. Yes, I am happy there. I am treated well. Maybe it's because I do quality work, produce a lot, and I pretty much keep to myself. As long as I do my work, which I consistently go above and beyond the required lines, then I'm left alone. No worries. I have learned to adapt to their guidelines. It's not perfect, but it's dang close.
