Good luck getting any help from those people. They don't answer any emails, for anything. Tech help? LMAO yeah right. I've asked for help with several things and got nothing, ended up fixing it myself. Asking questions about lack of work or other issues? NADA. They are literally the WORST company in the history of transcription for communication. They treat us like non humans.
