A company I used to work for did this all the dang time. We also used to get “Happy Friday” emails every single Friday. They were usually memes about having a great weekend, glad the week is over, etc. It used to infuriate me, because we were required to work on the weekends! The manger who sent it out did not have to work Saturdays or Sundays. VERY TONE DEAF!
