I'm transcribing a hip replacement op note and he says "incision made approximately a fingerbreadth inferior and posterior to the ASIS, 'tending' distally over the belly of the TFL." The VR and 9 out of 10 past reports have tending, but I'm wondering if it's tenting? Thank you.
