The only thing that is changed is the fact that some accounts wont pay for canned or "qualified" text, but I think that was like that all along. No real change. We just know about it now. Anything that comes in as "template" is not paid for but I dont get it because we arent using a template except on straight typing. So how can they justify not paying us for a template in VR? It isnt for all accounts. Just a few.
