I've been at one company for 20 years now and am still paid $.10 a line. I'll never leave this job, and it is ALWAYS priority over the $.07 a line job. We only have one other MT and she'll never leave either.
I can replace the $.07 a line job in an hour. Those jobs are a dime a dozen. The requirement for me for making such low pay is the account must be pain free, and the managers must be nice and no micromanagement.
Otherwise, I'll move on. So far so good with my account and managers for the $.07 a line job, but I'd never put up with nastiness and horrible dictators/accounts for that kind of money ever.
