I knew someone who worked for a drug company, can't remember the name; one works for GM, a friend of mine her husband works at home, don't know the company. I think it depends what field you are in. There are jobs online that advertise for WAH jobs; some are call center type jobs, LL Bean, etc.
I think if you want to work at home, you really have to do some research and again depends on what you would like to do. It is hard to break away from MT work, but it is so bad now you have to just to survive. I am working outside of my home part time, I couldn't take it any longer.
