It is not unusual for me to have a few seconds of OT and my HDSM has never questioned it. However, the 6 minutes of NJA does not go toward overtime. If I hvae had NJA I usually work over the 40 hours until I get work for the same amount of time that I had as NJA and the OT does not start calculating until that is reached.
