I would trust this more if Precision had MModal accounts. Even if they did though, from the changes over the last few months I doubt MModal is laying off all their MTs. Why bother moving people and accounts around, regrouping, reassigning, etc. if all the work was going to ICs, why bother with any of it? Why not just let people flounder around until the teams disappear, why bother with the expense of so much reorganizing? I would bet they are outsourcing and still offshoring a lot and doubt we have seen the end of layoffs, so it is probably wise to be prepared. That said, seriously doubt the claim on the Nuance board that started all this.
