Honestly, with the job market so good right now, I would put some feelers out without giving up the PF job just yet and see what you CDC as n find. I left PF and got a contract job that pays 72k a year/3000 twice a month. I put out my resume and found a place willing to pay me a rate equal to what they were paying their service. That's exactly what I asked them - what rate do you pay your service? Pay me the same & I'll do better for you than they do. They gave me a trial and it worked out!
