I was the medical staff coordinator - went to all the doc meetings with them to take minutes - one meeting the guys were always just joking around - I summarized the discussions (such as they were) by just going thru the chart and picking out the highlights that led to admission, any complications, etc - easy peasy IMO. The docs loved it. LOL
