I worked for Nuance for 2 years. I've been gone almost 2 years. I still suffer the effects of their pounding, cutting pay, threatening. It's like PTSD.
So now with all these MTSOs doing Nuance work, is it any wonder the MTSOs' managers, owners and QA people may be experiencing the same treatment with threats and the constant pressure?
All I know is I hope it all falls apart.
Either transcription is going away or eventually it will rebound after the Nuance plan collapses. I'm just not sure which it's going to be.
