After she said that, I said that didn't make any sense and how were we supposed to know what the client wanted if it wasn't in the account specs. I ended up giving my notice about 2 weeks after that. I had an audit come back that was not great - with legitimate mistakes on my part - and I just thought if I can't be bothered to do the job well, I need to not be doing the job. I'm damn good at what I do and I just didn't give a flying rat's butt about it anymore, so it was time to move on.
