We're starting to get more emails about errors, TAT and quality, which is a Nuance thing.
I've enjoyed working at TTCI, but I am very very concerned how much this is going to escalate in the near future.
I'm not ever putting up with the duress I did working for Nuance, so if this continues to get worse I will be leaving.
I haven't started VDI yet because I was under the assumption it wasn't mandatory yet. Am I incorrect about this?
