to you? Were you affected by a layoff or did you quit?
It has gotten pretty miserable. Those of us who have stuck around for the past several years can attest to how severely out of whack the company expectations are now for those of us who have work. They keep expecting perfection and great production levels like before, but haven't they noticed since changing our work assignments that many, many different accounts consisting of many, many new dictators (often the most difficult) isn't going to help improve accuracy or increase production? The work conditions just don't support that anymore.
