Just wanted to add that I think I left a step out of the macro--that of deleting the period! I'm sure that would be obvious when you use the macro, and you can always delete the macro and start over until you get it right. I loved using macros--used a lot more when transcribing, but they still helped out when editing too. The constant broken sentences that had to be fixed were such drudgery to have to fix, so macros really helped.
