Link Shorthand or Instant Text with Proscript or - Sewing-Bird

Does anyone out there know how to link either Instant Text or Shorthand word expander to Proscript?  I am beginning to get desperate.  I take time to enter a shortcut in Proscript and then next time I go to use it - it is gone!  I need to link up my reliable word expander to this program.  I am truly thankful for any help given to an old lady who is about to cry!!!
