On the phone with LWW tech support today. I can't install and use my electronic drug reference,surgical words, or abbreviations/acronyms on a new PC because I can't activate them. Can't activate them because the Ready Reference Bookshelf was discontinued years ago. My Stedman's dictionary and spellchecker are ancient and they installed easily from CD on Win 10, no activation necessary. Can't install the others without the Ready Reference Bookshelf that no longer exists. Unbelievable.
