You have to expand the chart. It also has a typo because they have age as a percentage, but interestingly the median age at IBM is 38 which is at the high end for high tech companies. The median age at Facebook is 28 and Google is 30. Though I've seen other articles that claim it is even lower. But, young employees has been a complaint about high tech companies. Certainly, the companies can argue that those are the most recent graduates so would allegedly be most up to date with technology. What the lawyer suing IBM will probably have to show is those fired were equally up to date with technology.
