Who said there are in-house jobs out there and jobs if you look? Nuance has taken over. Nothing left in-house. Most hospitals just have pathology departments. They all accommodate the doctors and their offices also with the VR program, which is owned by Nuance. Nuance is now farming out their work and has found more ways of abusing the MTs. Don't for one minute think what is going on is even close to making a decent living. We are now making less than illegal immmigrants.
