changed your contract because of the hew and cry here. You better learn the IRS guidelines. You cannot keep an IC from working multiple contracts. You certainly cannot make the demand as was previously made BEFORE YOU CHANGED YOUR CONTRACT that an IC could NOT do work for anyone else on THEIR OWN COMPUTER while working for your company. Caps intended.
