I work for a hospital that uses MModal/Fluency. The drafts are really good, and I can edit about twice as fast as I can type. These are incredibly clean drafts though. I'm basically adding punctuation, changing an odd word here and there, and spell checking. Even the names come out spelled correctly. It really does seem like HAL.
