Saving Keystrokes by Diana Rolland. It is excellent. Lots of tips and techniques. You see, how I think is not going to be what you think, as evidenced by some of the posters here sharing what expansions they use. Amazon carries the book for $26.95, but you can get used ones starting at $2.70. I buy a number of used books from them, and I have never been disappointed in one because of its condition.
