You are certainly not a good example of a manager.

Just as other MTSO management personnel have come to this MT SITE, you have not done your company any favors.

Your company is just a Nuance subcontractor, maybe even also owned by Indians as others are. So add your poor performance here and that puts you and your company at the bottom of a list of companies to stay away from.
