This is what you're dealing with. A few weeks ago the MTs here, right here on this board, were complaining about the Nuance VDI contract. The main complaint was it allowed Nuance to access and run random virus scans on their PC. This was a privacy issue of course. But another complaint was that they wouldn't be able to work for another company.
That's what the MTs here said.
Now PennHealth comes along and says you can't work for another company (one using VDI, in this case) because of privacy issues and PennHealth gets trashed as unreasonable.
PennHealth isn't the one being unreasonable here.
Maybe I should withhold judgment...
PennHealth Mgt, would you allow someone who hasn't signed the Nuance VDI contract (or given away access to their PC) to work for you and another company at the same time?
